Returns Customer Care


  • We refund all full priced items, excluding earrings and hats.
  • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition including tags, shoe boxes and sanitary labels. 
  • Once SABO SKIRT has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

***SABO SKIRT reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

  • No restock fees.
  • Please allow 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by SABO SKIRT.  Please allow 5 business days during holiday periods. You will be notified once the transaction has been processed via the email address that the order was placed with. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or AfterPay account that the payment had originally come from.

***Please note if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return at in order to organise alternative refund arrangements. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to SABO SKIRT not being notified are completely out of our control and SABO SKIRT will not be held accountable.

  • Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

If you are returning your items within Australia, we recommend using the simple $8.95 AUD return shipping method below.

***We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as SABO SKIRT cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

Unfortunately, online purchases cannot be returned in store.



If you are returning your items from the US or New Zealand, we recommend using the simple Omni Parcel return shipping method below which is a $15 USD flat rate.

Omni Parcel

Omni Parcel Returns first deliver parcels to a facility in CA (US returns) and AK (NZ returns). These parcels are then transferred to our return shipping address in Australia. Please note, by using this shipping method, parcels can take up to eight weeks to be received at Sabo Skirt HQ.

Please ensure that a completed Sabo Skirt returns sheet is included in your return parcel.

Please note that this is a reccomended return shipping method only. You may use any preffered return shipping method. 



Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.



All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly. 



Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, hats or headwear.



If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at info[at] and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.



Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to SABO SKIRT. SABO SKIRT will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where SABO SKIRT may have made an error.
